Carlin Yoder, MBA founded Cardinal Consulting in 2021. He is a former Indiana State Senator (2008-2016) who spent eight years in the majority Senate Republican Caucus. During his time in the Indiana Senate, Carlin chaired the Senate Homeland Security and Transportation Committee and was Ranking Member of the Education and Career Development Committee. Carlin also was a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee and spent several years on the Senate Utilities Committee. Carlin has 20+ years of experience as a small business owner and recently served as Vice President of Government Affairs for a lobbying firm in the private sector. His professional work in the public sector includes serving as Congressman Marlin Stutzman’s district director for Indiana’s Third Congressional District.
